MEP ENGINEERING

MEP Engineering is the common axis of the civil and structural engineering, and those by the realization of the studies of design and dimensioning of the technical equipment:

  • Fluid studies (sanitary plumbing, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, swimming pools).
  • Electrical studies (high current, low current).
  • Fire protection studies (smoke extraction, RIA, dry column and sprinkler systems)

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

The Structure Engineering estimates the weight of the roof, the weight of the joinery and the wind resistance:

  • Designs for all phases of the APS and APD of reinforced concrete, metal and timber
  • Structural execution studies in the EXE phase for building shells, metal and
  • Diagnostics, Expertise and
  • Rehabilitation
  • Design and execution studies for silos, tanks, slabs and heavy roadways in BA and steel

B I M & O P C

the BET BIM/OPC team includes experienced draughtsmen and technicians responsible for supporting the project team from the design stage right through to the installation plans, finding a way of dealing with technical constraints and unforeseen events. The team is also responsible for dimensioning and quantifying the façade work packages and calculating the financial envelope.

SPECIAL CONSTRUCTIONS

The purpose is to provide technical support to the design office and to carry out special works such as waterproofing of terraces and walls, and subcontracting of fluid/electrical works and masonry.
